Archana, the teacher has had the privilege of undergoing a deeper learning of yoga with different teachers. Archana's yoga journey took a perfound turn with her teacher's training at the esteemed Sivananda Ashram in Kerala. This spiritual hub, nestuled in the heart of Kerala. This fundamental training has equipped her to guide her students on a transformative yoga journey.

A certified yoga teacher with more than 15 years of experience. She is specialize in Hatha yoga and with that the other form of yoga like Vinayasa flow and Yin yoga are also combined to add more flexibility and relaxation.

Yoga is about self awareness knowing your own boundaries and slowly progressing forward. It's not about how many postures you can do and how you are able to twist your body around. It's about becoming one with your breath and gaining contole on your body like never before. The purpose of yoga is to improve welbeing.

A healthy body creates a healthy mind, creating positive aspect in your life.

Yoga for everyone: yoga practice is important for every one. For centuries yoge was open only to the people who were willing to forgo the life of a households. Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevanada were among the first yoga Gurus to make yoga acceccble to everyone, no matter their background, age or status.
