Yogachana: a yoga studio founded by Archana, a certified yoga instructor trained at Sivananda Ashram in Kerala. The Studio offers a peaceful environment from the hustle and bustle of daily life, providing a supportive community for yoga enthusiasts of all levels. Archana follows Hatha Yoga as trained in Sivananda Ashram.

The classes are carefully crafted to balance body, mind, and energy. Archana will guide you through a series of physical postures, breathwork, and meditation techniques, promoting flexibility, strength, and inner peace.
